Who we are
Samro Sites is a web design and development service operated by Samro Studios Inc., based in Montréal, Québec, Canada. This policy explains what information we collect when you use samrosites.com or our quote builder, and what we do with it.
What we collect
We only collect the details you choose to give us:
- Contact information you submit through our forms or the quote builder, such as your name, email address, phone number, and details about your project.
- Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe when you engage us for paid work. We never see or store your card numbers.
- Emails we send you, such as replies and quotes, are delivered through Resend, our email provider.
Why we collect it
We use your information to respond to your inquiries, prepare quotes, invoices, and contracts, and to provide the services you ask for. That is the extent of it.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not run advertising trackers. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing. Your details stay between you and us, and the service providers named above that we need to do the work.
Cookies
We do not use cookies beyond what is strictly necessary for the site to function. There is no ad tracking and no third-party analytics profiling you across the web.
Retention
We keep business records, such as quotes, invoices, and contracts, for as long as required by law and sound accounting practice. If you ask us to delete information we are not legally required to keep, we will honour that request.
Your rights
Under Canadian and Québec privacy law, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to request its deletion. To exercise any of these rights, email us at dev@samrostudios.com and we will respond promptly.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
