Terms of Service

Effective July 17, 2026

Scope

These terms apply to your use of samrosites.com and quote.samrosites.com, both operated by Samro Studios Inc. of Montréal, Québec. By using either site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the sites.

Quotes are estimates

Any price you build in the quote builder, or that we send you by email, is an estimate. It is not a binding offer and does not become final until it is confirmed in a signed agreement between you and Samro Studios Inc. Estimates may change as the scope of a project is clarified.

Client engagements

When you engage us for work, that engagement is governed by an individually signed Website Development Agreement. Where anything in that signed agreement differs from these terms, the signed agreement prevails. These terms cover general use of the sites; the signed agreement covers the specific work we do for you.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are quoted and charged in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless we agree otherwise in writing. Optional care plans, which cover hosting, maintenance, and ongoing support, are billed monthly and can be cancelled in line with the terms of your signed agreement.

Intellectual property

All content on samrosites.com and quote.samrosites.com, including text, design, graphics, and code, is the property of Samro Studios Inc. and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. Ownership of deliverables we create for a client is set out in that client's signed agreement.

No warranties on informational content

The sites and their content are provided on an as-is basis for general information. We make no warranties, express or implied, that the content is complete, accurate, or suited to any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Samro Studios Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the sites. Our liability in connection with a paid engagement is governed by the terms of the signed agreement for that engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict of law principles.
